Exercise Outdoors is Better
Get out of the gym and exercise outdoors to experience the wild array of colours in Autumn. Run, walk of cycle through any park or residential area and the Autumn colour magic is everywhere plus the ch’i (energy) is better. Breath the air of the outdoors for a change and you will notice a big difference in how you feel after your work out.
A walk along the beach or in a park will give you far more health benefits than a treadmill in a sweaty gym. A Gym cannot compete with all that fresh air and sunshine so we think to exercise outdoors is better for mental and physical health.
